Potholes are a common problem on our roads, but in Trafford Council, they're especially bad. Potholes are everywhere, causing damage to our vehicles, endangering our safety, and impacting our quality of life.
Many of us have experienced the frustration and danger of navigating around these hazards, and we're tired of waiting for the council to take action.
It's time for us to demand the council to fix our roads. It's time for the council to take responsibility for the state of our roads and use the available funding to prioritise pothole repairs across the borough. It is time for Bowdon Councillors to ensure that a fair share of funding will be spent on road repair in Bowdon Ward.
But let me be clear, this is not about blaming and banishing motorists, nor asking people to take all journeys by walking or cycling. It's about fixing the potholes and making our roads safer and smoother for everyone. We can't let the misguided agendas of a few individuals distract us from the real issue at hand.
We can't continue to tolerate the dangerous conditions on our roads. We deserve better. It's time to hold them accountable for their inaction.
Together, we can push for real change in Trafford Borough and make our roads safer and more enjoyable to use.
Fixing potholes, it's a matter of safety, quality of life, and responsible Trafford Council.
